৩০ দিনের টাকা ফেরতের নিশ্চয়তা
নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট প্রথম পেমেন্টের তারিখ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অনুরোধ করলে প্রথম মাসের সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত পাবেন। এই সুবিধা প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠান একবারই পাবে। টাকা ফেরতের পর অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে, এবং ফেরত মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে (bKash, Nagad, কার্ড বা ব্যাংক) ৭ থেকে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে যাবে।
যা ফেরত হয় না
- WhatsApp মেসেজের খরচ বা মেসেজ ক্রেডিট, কারণ তা Meta-কে পরিশোধ হয়ে যায়
- প্রথম মাসের পরের নবায়ন ফি
- ব্যবহারের নীতি ভাঙার কারণে স্থগিত বা বন্ধ হওয়া অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো অর্থ
- পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের চার্জ, যদি গেটওয়ে তা ফেরত না দেয়
কীভাবে চাইবেন
নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল থেকে info@thb.com.bd-এ বিষয় "Refund request" লিখে ইমেইল করুন, সাথে আপনার ক্লায়েন্ট আইডি ও পেমেন্টের লেনদেন নম্বর দিন। আমরা ২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রাপ্তি নিশ্চিত করব।
বাতিল করা
যেকোনো সময় নবায়ন বন্ধ করতে পারবেন। পরিশোধিত মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়া পর্যন্ত সেবা চালু থাকবে, তারপর আর বিল হবে না। অব্যবহৃত দিনের জন্য আংশিক অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয় না।

30-day money-back guarantee. New clients may request a full refund of their first month's THB Reach subscription fee within 30 days of their first payment. The guarantee is available once per business. The account is closed on refund, and the amount is returned to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card or bank) within 7–10 working days.
Not refundable: WhatsApp message charges or credits, which are paid to Meta; renewal fees after the first month; any amount for accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy; and payment gateway charges not returned by the gateway.
How to request: email info@thb.com.bd from your registered address with the subject "Refund request", your client ID and the transaction number. We confirm receipt within 2 working days.
Cancellation: you may cancel renewal at any time. Service continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Partial periods are not refunded.
